Compliance Management and Software
- Barrier Removal Plan
- Barrier removal reports will be developed
for each site describing the noncompliant
barriers with a recommended method for barrier
removal. Digital photographs will be provided in
the report. Estimated costs for noncompliant
items and elements will be provided, when
available. Estimated costs are given in
accordance with items and elements as described
in RS Means. Costs are not intended to be total
construction costs.
- ADS
software
- ADS software will be licensed
for a period of one year at no charge. ADS will
allow you to print reports, document
progress, project budgets and update the barrier
removal implementation plan.
- On-site Consultation
- DAC staff will provide consultation on-site,
as requested, to assist you with accessibility compliance
.activities.
- Telephone Consultation
- DAC staff will provide telephone
consultation, as requested
- Plan Reviews
- DAC staff will provide accessibility plan
reviews for remodeling, updates or new
construction.
- Review of Policies, Procedures and
Practices
- Policies, procedures and practices can be
reviewed to determine if any discriminatory or
potentially discriminatory practices exist.
- Other Related Activities
- DAC team members will assist you with
related activities,

Worksheet Manuals / Software
- In addition to the Self-evaluation & Compliance
Plan, Worksheet Manuals compiling each finding and
recommendation are produced.
- These Worksheet Manuals, developed exclusively for
use by our clients, are designed to provide an
accurate method of tracking compliance. This will
help you determine the cost of compliance and
prepare budgets, and will enable you to see exactly
how well you are meeting your compliance goals for
each item in each facility at a glance.
- In addition, ADS is provided with all your data
pre-installed which will allow for cost tracking,
planning and inventory control of completed barrier
removal.
